PROCESSING

The material is processed by La San Marco Pro li only when the order is received; this enables us to mill the wood as required and deliver the ooring to your location already oiled over 100% of its surface, thus shorting installation times and ensuring the most stable solution possible. The planks may be delivered bevelled and planed on all four sides, or with the custom milling speci ed by the customer.

FEMALE/FEMALE LATERAL MILLING

For installation with clips.
The milling may also be done to the client’s specifications if so required.

CONCEALED LATERAL MILLING

For installation with clips. This solution conceals
the clips and closes the gap between the planks, creating a “full wood” effect of great aesthetic appeal. This type of installation also keeps the planks properly spaced so that water runs off effectively.

NON-SLIP MILLING

This working process is applied to the top side of the plank to improve the user’s grip, and is especially suited to public installations.

TAPPED HEADS

This solution ensures an impeccable result.

Inserting the heads into each other improves the anchoring of the planks, makes installation easier and gives the “full wood” effect even where the heads of the planks meet, while making the floor even more stable.

OILING

The planks may be supplied untreated, or oiled with San Marco oil over their entire surface.

This procedure (often very complicated when it has to be done on site) is always advisable before installing decking, even for the wooden supports.
