San Marco Profili has held Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) certification since 2014 in accordance with standards FSC-STD-40-004 and FSC-STD-50-001.

FSC® certification is the main mechanism for guaranteeing the origin of wood and paper.

It is an internationally recognised system for the certification of forests that ensures the raw materials used to make wood or paper products are sourced from forests that are managed in accordance with strict environmental, social and economic standards.

The certification therefore serves to ensure correct forest management and the traceability of deriving products.
